I ordered Jansen Caster Cups for my Steinway Concert Grand. The sales person whom I talked to helped me through the process of picking exactly the correct cups for the size and type of wheels on my piano. Very competent!

As a bit of luck/hard work on your part, the Jansen Caster Cups arrived in the time between when the piano was picked up from my apartment and delivered to my house.

I purchased 2 sets of Caster Cups from you. I only needed 6 but had to order is sets of 4. The size was perfect. The quality was excellent. The color was perfect. Even with having to order 2 extra cups. the price was half the cost from one of your major competitors. I am very pleased. Thank you so much.

I needed these in a hurry. I spoke to customer service and they gave me excellent advice as to which models to buy and how fast to expect them via regular shipping. Also, they look great -- the mahogany stain works well with a dark rosewood finish.

I wasn't sure about the half pipe indentation in the cups, but it allows the large casters on my 7' Baldwin to sit sidewise securely with a better weight distribution on the carpet.

Matte finish matches the piano. The carpet will be happy.
