Orders are shipped worldwide from our USA warehouses within 1 to 3 business days (Custom-Made items may take longer)
Shipping is by UPS and by Postal Service to Military Bases / APO addresses and some Overseas orders.

Shipping Costs

Many heavier items have the shipping price included in a drop down menu with the product. Select the shipping cost and it will automatically be added it to your order. Upon check out, select shipping method - "Already added with item".

If your item has Free Shipping, select Free Shipping from the drop down menu and upon check out click on "Already added with Item".

We sell over 7500 products that weigh from a few ounces to over 200 lbs., so when ordering multiple items, especially Parts & Tools, it's difficult for us to give an exact shipping cost until the package is packed and weighed. UPS Ground shipping for packages 2 lbs and under in the 48 USA Contiguous States, cost approximately $9.50 to $11.50. If you require exact shipping charges in advance, please email us your intended order along with; the Shipping Destination, including City, State or Province & Zip/Postal code.
We will respond with an approximate quote as quickly as possible so you may continue placing your order.

If there is no shipping cost listed with your item, the costs are added to your final bill in the warehouse, after being calculated by weight, size of package & the destination. Items may be Multi-packed if shipped from the same warehouse.
All free shipping offered on our site is shipped by UPS Ground service. Customers are required to pay the difference in price for faster service.

A physical address is required for UPS deliveries. UPS deliveries cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Your parcel will arrive 2 days from date of shipping.
Items to be shipped 2nd Day Air must be ordered by 12 p.m. EST to go out the same day.
If an item is not in stock we will inform you right away.

Items to be shipped Overnight must be ordered by 12 p.m. EST to go out the same day.
If an item is not in stock we will inform you right away.

Due to lost packages by postal services in other countries, we prefer to ship via UPS. We will ship by postal service, however, be please aware that it can take from 6 months to 1 year to settle a lost or damaged package claim.

The shipping times you see above are supplied by the Carriers, however, we cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed by the Postal Service UPS or FedEx. Some 'heavier orders' may be shipped at our discretion to reduce shipping costs.

U.S.A. orders: - Shipped from the U.S.A. (Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kentucky, New Jersey & California)
Canadian orders: - Shipped duty-free from the USA to our Canadian office.
'No Sales Tax' applies to U.S.A only.

MULTI-PACKING:

We offer a large variety of piano products, shipped from many of our different distribution centers, however, if you order several items that are being shipped from the same warehouse, (e.g.parts & tools), we will save you extra shipping charges by Multi-Packing your items. The shipping price will be adjusted by weight and not charged by each item.
If items are being shipped from different warehouses, they may not all arrive on the same day.
