SHIPPING   INFORMATION:                          International Orders If there is no shipping cost or no Free Shipping listed with your item, the cost will be added to your total, calculated by weight, size of package & the destination after it has been packed in the factory. Items may be Multi-packed if shipped from the same warehouse.     (UPS Ground, small packages 2 to 3 lbs, cost approximately $12.00 to $15.00). Supply your intended order along with; the Shipping Destination, including City, State or Province & Zip/Postal code& we will respond as quickly possible. Orders are shipped from our Central USA warehouses generally within 1 to 2 business days   (Custom-Made items may take longer) Shipping is by UPS. Postal Service is used for Military Bases / APO addresses and Overseas orders. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, HAWAII & ALASKA: - Shipping costs will be emailed to you and an acceptance reply is manditory before the order can be processed. . All free shipping offered on our site is shipped by UPS Ground service. Customers are required to pay the difference in price if they request faster service. 1) - UPS Ground Service         2 - 5 business days from date of shipping. (Not guaranteed by carrier)     A physical address is required for UPS deliveries. UPS deliveries cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. 2) - UPS  2nd Day Air - Call 1-800-791-7144 or Email for price   Your parcel will arrive 2 days from date of shipping. Items to be shipped 2nd Day Air must be ordered by 12 p.m. EST to go out the same day. If an item is not in stock we will inform you right away.     A physical address is required for UPS deliveries. UPS deliveries cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. 3) - UPS Overnight (Guarantee as per carriers terms.) - Call 1-800-791-7144 or Email for price    Items to be shipped Overnight must be ordered by 12 p.m. EST to go out the same day.     If an item is not in stock we will inform you right away. Due to lost packages by postal services in other countries, we prefer to ship via UPS. We will ship by postal service, however, be please aware that it can take from 6 months to 1 year to settle a lost or damaged package claim. The shipping times you see above are supplied by the Carriers, however, we cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed by the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.  Some 'heavier orders' may be shipped at our discretion to reduce shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE: We require a Telephone Number for both Billing & Shipping addresses. An Email Address is also required. Orders CANNOT be processed without this information! MULTI-PACKING: We offer a large variety of piano products, shipped from many of our different distribution centers, however, if you order several items that are being shipped from the same warehouse, (e.g.parts & tools), we will save you extra shipping charges by Multi-Packing your items.   The shipping price will be adjusted by weight and not charged by each item. If items are being shipped from different warehouses, they may not all arrive on the same day.
