I am completely impressed with the cover I ordered. It had to be custom made and I wasn’t completely confident measuring it myself so I tried my best and also included the make and model number of our grand piano. We ordered it a month before Christmas hoping it could come in time and knowing it might not because it’s a busy time! It came the day before Christmas Eve and fit perfectly!

Got a custom cover using plastic dropcloth to make a template. Fits well. Pleasantly surprised by the Black Mackintosh fabric - looks better than in the photos and so far cats have left hair on it, but have not dug their claws in. (I hope saying that doesn't jinx it!). Solves the problem of protecting the piano from the cats (who love to sit up there, of course) and looks good too.
We ordered the quilted mackintosh cover. It fits beautifully, allows us to fold back the cover to play without having to remove it completely. The fabric is high quality and is beautifully crafted.

The cover was exactly what I was looking for. My only observation was the lack of feedback that the order had been placed - there was no problem with the order, just less feedback than common with other on line purchases.
