The custom made string is installed with very little trouble. It performs as intended, and holds tune after only three to four repeated tunings.
I’ve had guitar strings that were harder to keep in tune. This is a good and honest company with great capabilities for one custom string to a whole set. I will purchase from them again without hesitation.
sent in my 2 old rusty bass strings, they made shiny new exact copies of them, sent them back lightning fast, I installed them on my piano and now it sounds great.
