I've inherited the Yamaha C3 on which I learned piano as a child. It’s deeply meaningful and in good condition, and I wanted to find that balance between preservation and playability. We moved our piano under our staircase. I worried someone would drop an item while coming down the steps especially when our grandchildren visit.
