These caster cups are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. The package arrived on time as scheduled. Customer service was very helpful in providing details re shipping to Canada. My only regret is that I didn't buy these first...they are a replacement for some plastic caster cups purchased elsewhere that turned out to be very cheap and a waste of.money! Thankyou.

We were looking for new casters to go under the feet of our grand piano -- it's 100 + years old and is mahogany, so I wanted something that would do it justice. These casters complement our piano in a very grand way! I wish I had searched and found these sooner. Service was excellent and delivery was prompt.

Great cups. I found plastic cups that came with my Henry K. Miller Baby Grand Player Piano after I had ordered the new cups. The Maple Wood Caster Cups are much more substantial and much higher quality than the originals provided with the player piano.

Had a need for these for two pianos. One sits on carpet and the other on a wood floor. These help spread out the weight load where the wheels are set. This helps to reduce the marking on the floor where used.

These casters were exactly what I ordered, what I thought I was getting, and what I wanted. No surprises. They look great under my 1910 Steinway "O" Mahogany piano on a walnut floor.
